This form is for anyone who has already attended a South Central Indiana Great Banquet weekend as a guest or served on a team, and wants their information added to the Community records.

It's also for anyone who has already been through a Fourth Day weekend with another community (Cursillo, Tres Dias, Walk to Emmaus, Chrysalis, and similar) and wishes to be part of the South Central Indiana Great Banquet Community. You only need to have attended a Fourth Day weekend somewhere and want to be part of this Community.

This is not for registering to attend an upcoming weekend as a guest, that form is on the Weekends page.

For anyone who has already attended a South Central Indiana Great Banquet weekend as a guest or served on a team, and wants their information added to the Community records. This also includes anyone who has gone through a Fourth Day weekend with another community (Cursillo, Tres Dias, Walk to Emmaus, Chrysalis, and similar) and wishes to affiliate with South Central Indiana Great Banquet. This is not for registering to attend an upcoming weekend.
