Complete this form if you are sponsoring a guest for an upcoming South Central Indiana Great Banquet weekend. Both the guest's registration and this sponsor application must be submitted.

Weekend Fee
Guest fee: $150 per guest. The fee can be paid online through the Donate page on our website. If cost is a concern, please contact us at registrar@scigreatbanquet.org. No one is turned away for financial reasons.

Have you prayerfully reviewed the Sponsor's Responsibilities for the Community?
Have you discussed with your guest (and spouse, if married) the commitment to attend the entire weekend?
Will you care for the special needs of the guest's family during the weekend?
Will you bring your guest to Send-Off and attend Sponsor's Hour?
Will you attend the Candlelight Service?
Will you attend the Closing?
Have you explained about reunion groups and community gatherings?
Will you accompany your guest to their first Fourth Day meeting/gathering?
Do you understand your responsibility in assisting your guest in finding a reunion group?
Are you aware of the importance of minimal contact with your guest during the weekend, especially if the guest is your spouse?

Serving on the team for the same weekend you are sponsoring is strongly discouraged.

Sponsoring a guest is both a joy and a responsibility. Remember that the Great Banquet weekend is not structured to solve deep-seated personal problems. It is designed to provide believers a deeper understanding of what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ, and to prepare and strengthen disciples for leadership in their local congregation or church.
